Learn to create positive connections to create good in your life. Starting with the set up statement. This set up statement has 2 parts to it. Part number 1 is an acknowledgement of the problem. Part 2 is acceptance of the problem. Combine this statement with a touch technique that assists is releasing underlying story and allow space for a new story to come in.
At this point you must be careful to fill this newly opened space with energy that serves you. You must be vigilant in what you allow. You will find that you may allow a couple of “bad” habits back in. That is OK. Use this process again to clear out those unwanted energies. Use this technique as often as necessary.
