Body Symbology is the study of how emotions reflect in the body. Most people will look at this information and say….”No, not me”.
My question to you would be…”Are you sure?”. The most fascinating part of Body Symbology is the study of how Emotions show up in the physical body, and I will bet dollars to donuts that when most people really look at their physical ailments straight on, there will be some accuracy in the description of emotions.
We as a community have been well trained to not look at what is going on inside of us. I hate to burst your bubble but everything in our lives is a result of what is on the inside, trying to move through us.
And, dumby us, we think it’s coming from the outside in and we have to stop it, hold onto it, control it.
How do we reverse some of these effects?
