The paradigms of the world to date have always been in the masculine….well, not any more.
It is now time for us ladies to open up and start to shine…BUT….before we can do this, we have to learn to “feel” ourselves again. We have been so busy “feeling” for everyone else that their needs, their emotions, their whatever…we have put in front of ourselves.
Let me assist you in revealing what overlay you have on your heart…what “story” you keep telling yourself in order to keep yourself right where you are. If you know what your story is, then you are way ahead of a lot of people. Follow this exercise to blow open who you are, and, the great thing is, is that you do not even have to understand or know your overlays for it to work.
